We have found cheap flights from Budapest, Hungary to Turkey (Istanbul) with low-cost carrier WIZZ Air for €70 for a return ticket. This price is for WIZZ Discount Club members when traveling on their Basic fare with an under-seat carry-on item. If you are not a WIZZ Discount Club member you can still get a bargain return trip to Turkey for €90 with their Basic fare. These flights depart from Hungary with prices for a roundtrip and inclusive of all taxes, fees, and one item of under-seat carry-on luggage. Checked luggage is available for an additional fee.
