We have found a great multi-city deal for travellers who would be interested in visiting two very different cities in one trip! With this Finnair (Oneworld airline) deal you can fly to both the capital of Finland, Helsinki and the capital of Thailand, Bangkok for one great price. Flights are available from only £367 return when booking directly with the airline. You can depart from airports across the UK with Manchester, London, and Edinburgh being serviced by Finnair. All prices include all taxes, fees, handbag as well as 23kg checked luggage, and in-flight meals.
Also. note that open-jaw flights seem to be possible so you can return to a different UK airport from the one you departed from if it helps you at all.
These cheap flights with Finnair from the UK to Helsinki and Bangkok are difficult to nail down date availability on. The booking conditions state that the flights outbound from the UK are permitted from September until 12th December 2020, or 6th January to 14th June 2021. However, the actual dates are more restrictive from what we have found. There are no details on maximum stay or deal end dates. Note that British citizens can stay in Thailand for 30 days on a tourist visa, however.

How to book
This deal is only available on the Finnair website and does not seem to be available with OTAs as far as we have seen. You need to go to the “Multi-city” section of the site and them manually input your chosen origin airport.
First, enter your origin airport with Helsinki as the destination with your chosen date. Then use Helsinki and Bangkok as the next flight pairing, departing a couple of days later than your UK departure.
Finally, use the “Add another flight” button to input your return journey from Bangkok to your original UK departure city. Your screen will look something like the below:
Then you can choose “Find Flights” and you will see the price options and alternative date options that you can choose from:
In our example, you can choose to have alternative UK outbound dates of 5th -7th November, and choose to stay in Helsinki longer with 9th – 12th November travel dates. You will see different options depending on your dates and departure airport.
Booking sample of cheap multi-city flights from the UK to Helsinki and Bangkok. In our sample, you would be leaving London to Helsinki on Saturday, the 7th of November. You would then depart Finland to Bangkok on 10th November, before returning to London from Thailand on 21st November 2020.
